What do I get when I buy a set?
Instant online access to every card in the set, in all five languages, inside our flashcard player. Open it on any phone, tablet or computer by signing in to your account.
There’s nothing to download or install, and no subscription — you pay once per set.
Which languages are included?
Every set includes all five: English, Arabic, Spanish, French and Mandarin Chinese. There’s nothing extra to buy.
Switch the card language any time in the player, or turn on bilingual mode to show two languages on each card.
Which devices does it work on?
Any recent phone, tablet or computer with a web browser — iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows or Chromebook. There’s no app to install: sign in, open your library and tap Play.

What happens to our family photos?
They are private to your account: shown only to you when you’re signed in, never shared or published, and never used for advertising or to train AI. They’re used for one thing — your cards.
Photos are resized in your browser before upload, which also strips hidden data such as location. Delete any photo, or all your family details, whenever you like.
What’s your refund policy?
If you’re not happy, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the whole order in full — no questions asked.
Refunds are for whole orders: once a refund is processed, every set in that order leaves your library. Only want to return one set from a bundle? Tell us — we’ll refund the order, and you can buy again just the sets you want to keep.
